💚 About the Name “Muddissori” 💚

The name Muddissori was born from the heart of what we do — a playful mix of mud and Montessori.
It represents our belief that children learn best when they’re knee-deep in both — hands-on exploration and self-directed discovery.

Muddissori is a nature-inspired program offered through Southeastern Academy of A&T, currently offering small homeschool co-op classes; and coming in the new year after-school care, and seasonal camps. 

Here, it’s perfectly normal to see math taught in the garden, reading time under the trees, or science experiments involving compost and curiosity. We blend academic growth with outdoor adventure so every lesson is as natural as it is meaningful.

Rooted in exploration and guided by SAAT’s curriculum, our program blends hands-on learning, outdoor discovery, and community connection for children who love to learn by doing.

Homeschool Co-Op Classes
Our nature-based, project-driven co-op meets four days a week for four hours each day in a home[stead] setting. With just eight students per class and a 4:1 student–teacher ratio, every child receives personalized attention and plenty of hands-on learning time.

Here, students dig in the dirt, care for baby animals, vermicompost right in the classroom, hatch chicks in incubators, and build with their hands — discovering how the world works while growing friendships, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.
