Application Process

Admissions decisions are made for e amonthly or as needed.d.y of A&T. Our admissions process is thoughtfully designed to ensure that our school is the right fit for your child and your family. We seek families who embrace our philosophy of a child led approach, preparing students for life in the 21st century. Our classrooms emphasize conflict resolution, decision-making, individualized thinking, and the identification of personal strengths.

The admissions process at SAAT involves several steps, aiming to introduce both parents and children to our school community.
The application process includes the following steps:

1. Join our waitlist here!.

2. Open House or Private Tour: We invite you to explore our campus by attending an Open House or scheduling a private tour. This visit provides an opportunity to observe our classrooms in action and have your questions answered. After your visit, you'll receive an a link to our online application.

3. Online Application: Submit your child’s application through our online admissions portal once invited.

4. Entrance Assessment: As part of the application process, students may complete a brief entrance assessment to help us better understand their current skill level, learning style, and readiness for our program. This allows us to ensure appropriate placement and support each child’s success from the very beginning.

5. Parent Interview: We seek parents who support our philosophy, including our commitment to a year-round calendar. This interview helps us assess your alignment with our community values.

6. Review by Admissions Committee: After completing the above steps, the Admissions Committee will review your application. Admissions decisions are made monthly or as needed.

At Southeastern Academy of A&T, we prioritize the needs of the children, followed by those of the family. Our selection process considers multiple factors including but not limited to: teacher interviews, academic assessments, behavioral alignment with our child led philosophy, and perceived parental support and understanding of our program.

Preference in enrollment is given to siblings of current students and staff.
